Ohio LinuxFest 2008 - talk materials

Thanks to my Ohio LinuxFest audience for learning some Python with me! The talk materials are here.

Here's the "Resources for Python Learners" handout.

I had a great time at OLF, particularly in the "hallway track"; we have a really fun and growing open-source community in Ohio. Go, us!

I'm a PHP programmer, but I heard PHP gurus find interest in Python. It was a good presentation starting with small example of Python and leading up to a larger example, piece by piece. I felt I learned a lot about Python and how it works in that hour and I'm ready to code! It also brought more light to OOP and how to organize your classes and functions.
